For me it is very difficult to choose a single meal, because I like many types of flavors.
Of the things that I have always liked, I can mention the caramel , since I was a child I have always eaten everything with caramel. At family gatherings my grandmother always makes pancakes with caramel, we all love them and together with my cousins ​​we ask her to cook every time we visit her.
I always remember, at school, when we had lunch at the casino with my friends, and there were dessert pancakes with caramel, we ate five for each one.

Another dish that I discovered recently in the house of a classmate of the university, is the chorrillana. But this is not the typical chorrillana we all know, because it is cooked with tomato, cheddar cheese, cream and ground beef and French fries.
I have also always had an obsession with sushi, especially the tempura shushi. When we eat it with friends it always contains salmon and shrimp.

Besides all this, when I go to the countryside we cook typical chilean food together with my cousins ​​and my uncles.

Hello friends that follow me

I want to tell you about something that has always interested me and is a part that I love about architecture: the restoration and remodeling of buildings.
This last time, I have been able to live this close, because six months ago, my dad bought a used house, and since the old owners gave it to him, all the times that I have free I have helped to remodel it.

This is the part of my career that I like the most. Since we started, we have changed all the bathrooms in the house, painting it, changing closets and changing the floor. It is very entertaining to do this together with master builders and learn from their experience, because in the future, when I graduate from university, all this will serve me and I will learn a lot.

For this reason, I recommend all my fellow students that when they have the opportunity to rebuild or fix something in their own homes, they should do so. Or that they help their parents in the constructive arrangements of the house.

I want to talk about the city where I live, a place that I love and that I really enjoy, the beautiful city of Santiago. Santiago was founded in 1541 under the name of "Santiago de la Nueva Extremadura" by Pedro de Valdivia, which shows that it has around 500 years of history.
The wonderful thing about Santiago is that it is a very diverse and complex city, and from the urban-architectural vision it has everything necessary for the development of its inhabitants.
I've lived in Santiago all my life, and I'm really fond of it, starting with the dazzling architecture it has, like very old buildings in the center, influenced by European currents, in addition to the beautiful churches that have a unique style.
On the other hand is the contemporary heritage, such as the neighborhood "Sanhattan" in Providencia and Las Condes.
Santiago, despite not having a beach, has many places of public space such as parks for the entertainment of people, many events and activities every day.
It is a beautiful city that everyone should know, where bad things like crime are minium compared to the surprising of this city.
